Relating to amending certain Acts by providing for the allocation of funds from the "Clearance Fund" to the "Blind Assistance Fund", the "Children's Assistance Fund", and the "Old Age Assistance Fund"; providing a limitation and restriction of expenditure of state funds for aid to the blind, for aid to dependent children, and for old age assistance; making an appropriation of the "Blind Assistance Fund", the "Children's Assistance Fund", and the "Old Age Assistance Fund" for the remainder of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1955; providing for administrative expenses for the Aid to the Blind, the Aid to Dependent Children, and the Old Age Assistance Programs for the remainder of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1955; providing a saving clause; repealing all laws in conflict.
