SB 25, 54th R.S.

Relating to providing for the assessment and collection of a fee in divorce cases filed in counties having a population of more than 350,000 inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census; providing that such monies collected shall be placed in a separate fund to be used for the purpose of helping defray the cost of maintaining the Child Support Office in the Probation Department of the county.
