Relating to defining the meaning of certain words, terms and phrases used in the Act; creating the Board of Public Utility Commissioners of Texas; prescribing its official seal; providing for the election, terms of office and removal from office of said Commissioners; providing for the regulation, government and supervision of public utilities and their functionings, and prescribing, defining and limiting the jurisdiction, powers and duties of said Board, its members, agents and employees in connection therewith; making certain appropriations.
