Relating to the financing of the judicial system of the State; making appropriations to supplement the appropriations for retirement payments and refunds of contributions under the Judiciary Retirement System for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1955; making supplemental appropriation to pay the salaries of District Attorneys, of the Chief Justice and Associate Justices of the Supreme Court, and the Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals and Commissioners in aid thereof.
