HB 319, 55th R.S.
Relating to providing that the statement of facts concerning any family history, or showing who were or are the legal heirs of any deceased person, when contained in an affidavit, sworn to, or sworn to and acknowledged, or in any instrument legally executed and acknowledged, etc., shall be received in any suit as prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
