SB 185, 55th R.S.
Relating to providing that if any political subdivision, in the exercise of any power possessed by such subdivision, makes necessary the relocation, raising, re-routing or changing grade of or altering the construction of any highway, railroad, electric transmission line, telephone or telegraph property or facility, or pipeline, all such necessary relocation, raising, re-routing, changing of grade or alteration of construction shall be accomplished at the sole expense of such political subdivision.
