Relating to requiring veterinarians to report certain contagious and infectious diseases of animals and domestic fowl to the Livestock Sanitary Commission of Texas and to inform the owner or caretaker of livestock or fowl which have died of anthrax or ornithosis to burn such animals or fowl as provided by law; providing a penalty for violation.
