Relating to amending certain acts by authorizing the Railroad Commission to consider the amount of crude petroleum oil transported into this State in determining the reasonable market demand of the State and to reasonably limit the amount of production of any person, association or persons or corporation using an excessive amount of such crude petroleum oil to hinder the determination in favor of its own production as against the production of any other person or producer; authorizing the Railroad Commission to reduce the production of any common purchaser imposing pipeline or purchaser prorationing.
