HB 315, 56th R.S.
Relating to providing that for the remainder of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1959, that twenty (20%) percent of the penalties recovered by suit and judgment by the Attorney General of Texas in the enforcement of the Anti-trust Laws of Texas shall be deposited into a special account in the State Treasury; making an emergency appropriation.
