SB 436, 56th R.S.
Relating to requiring every person, firm or corporation within this State, engaged in the business of making loans at interest, to file annually with the Secretary of State an affidavit stating that such person, firm or corporation has not, within the preceding year, made any loan in the principal sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) or less for a greater rate of interest than ten per cent (10%) per annum; providing a penalty for the violation hereof.
