HB 554, 57th R.S.
Relating to limiting the provisions of this Act to Borden County; making it unlawful for any person to hunt, take, kill or possess any game bird, game animal, fur-bearing animal, and fresh-water fish or other aquatic life in Borden County at any time; requiring the Game and Fish Commission to make investigation with respect to the depletion and waste of the wildlife resources of said County; authorizing the Commission to provide an open season or period of time when it shall be lawful to take a portion of the wildlife resources of said County.
