Relating to limiting the provisions of this Act to the County of Lampasas; making it unlawful to hunt, take, kill or possess any antlerless deer, wild turkey, quail, or fish in Lampasas County after May 1, 1961; making it unlawful to purchase a new license and providing a penalty therefor; providing for the effective date of this Act.
