Relating to making it unlawful to obtain telecommunications service with the intent to defraud any individual, corporation or other person of the lawful charges, in whole or in part, therefor, through the use of false or unauthorized or fictitious telephone numbers or credit card numbers or a code or prearranged scheme or by any other trick, false representation, or means; providing penalties for violations.
