Relating to amending the Penal Code of Texas making it an offense to vote or offer to vote at a primary election or participate or offer to participate in a convention of a political party, having voted at a primary election or participated in a convention of any other party on the day or during the same voting year, and prescribing a penalty therefor; definitions; prohibiting the counting of ballots cast in violation of a certain Article.
