Relating to providing for improvements, construction, equipment, designation of buildings, landscaping and related actions in the Capitol Area; providing for the planning, construction, equipping and operation of a parking garage in the Capitol Area and for incorporation of any emergency control center if feasible; authorizing the State Building Commission, the Texas Employment Commission and the State Board of Control to make inter-agency agreements to carry out the purposes of this Act.
