Relating to amending the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act to change the definition of the term "employment" to exclude from coverage of the said Act certain services performed by students pursuant to vocational training programs of the public schools of the State of Texas whereby such students receive on-the-job training to supplement classroom studies; providing an effective date of this Act.
