Relating to making it unlawful, except under the provisions of this Act, for any person to hunt, take, kill or possess any game bird or game animal in Sabine County, Texas; providing that the open season or period of time when it shall be lawful to hunt, take, kill or possess any game bird or game animal in Sabine County shall be the same as the open season in Jasper, Newton and Tyler Counties; providing a penalty for violation of the Act.
