HB 715, 59th R.S.
Relating to fixing the compensation of official shorthand reporters of each judicial district, civil or criminal, and the official shorthand reporters of each county court at law, civil or criminal, in any county having a population of not less than six hundred and fifty thousand (650,000) nor more than nine hundred thousand (900,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census.
