Relating to amending the Insurance Code by adding thereto a new Article; providing that said Article shall be be known as the "Insurance Company Insider Trading and Proxy Regulation Act"; defining certain terms; prescribing penalties for violations of this Act or any rule or regulation of the State Board of Insurance promulgated under authority of this act.
