Relating to amending the Insurance Code of the State of Texas by providing that the annual meeting of stockholders of insurance companies governed by Chapter 2 of the Insurance Code of the State of Texas be held on or before April 30 of each year, and by providing that neither directors nor officers need be stockholders unless the articles of incorporation or the bylaws so require.
