HB 1278, 60th R.S.
Relating to amending certain acts by adding thereto a provision that in the submission of competitive bids for all contracts proposed to be made by the State Highway Department for the improvement of any highway constituting a part of the State Highway System or for material shall include a provision that articles, materials and supplies furnished under such contracts shall conform to the same requirements that the laws of the United State require.
