Relating to the meaning of the terms "employee," "prior service," "average prior service credit," and "maximum special prior service credit" relating to any pension fund or retirement system supported wholly or partly at public expense with certain exceptions; relating to the awarding of credit for prior service rendered to a public facility operated by a participating subdivision as successor to some other public corporation or governmental agency; providing for the recalculation of affected interests.
