Relating to providing for the operation of 10-month school year program(s) in Texas public free school districts, conditioned upon the approval thereof by the Central Education Agency as meeting the policy and regulations established by the State Board of Education; providing for the financing of such program(s) annually approved, and the method for the determination of the cost to be shared by the State and for payment thereof from the Minimum Foundation School Fund; providing an effective date for this Act.
