SB 235, 61st R.S.
Relating to providing for the issuing, service, and return of process in all courts upon public and private corporations charged by indictment, information, or complaint with the commission of a criminal offense; providing for the appearance of such corporations, or upon failure of such corporations to appear, that a plea of not guilty shall be entered and the corporation shall be deemed continuously present in said court after the plea of not guilty is entered, or appearance made, until final disposition is made of the case; further providing that if such corporations shall be found guilty and a fine imposed, then a judgment shall be entered having the same force and effect and shall be enforced against such corporations in the same manner as if the judgment were recovered in a civil action.
