Relating to amending Statutes to broaden the Foundation School Program to provide for improved vocational education and supportive vocational unit personnel; allowing school districts to enter into contracts under certain circumstances; providing for the inclusion of vocational teacher units in the formula for determination of grants for current operating costs; providing for an effective date of this amendatory Act.
