Relating to amending the Texas Insurance Code providing applicability of a certain Article to all persons acting or seeking authority to act as an agent of any local mutual aid association, local mutual burial association, statewide mutual assessment corporation, stipulated premium company, county mutual insurance company, casualty company writing accident and health insurance or any other type of insurance carrier licensed to business in the State of Texas and which insurance carrier's agents are required to be licensed on the date that this Act shall become effective, etc.
