Relating to prohibiting the making or filing of false, misleading or unfounded reports to any governmental agency in this State and for the purpose of interfering with the operation of such governmental agency or with the intent to mislead or malign any officer of such agency; defining the term "governmental agency," and providing a penalty for violation of this Act.
