Relating to authorizing certain cities and towns to accept and include within their boundaries recorded subdivisions within five miles of said cities and towns and which are not situated within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of another incorporated city or town upon request of a majority of the state qualified electors residing within any such subdivision voting therefor.
