Relating to the creation of the 252nd Judicial District composed of Deaf Smith and Oldham Counties; providing for a shorthand reporter and adult probation officer for the 252nd Judicial District; reorganizing the 69th Judicial District; providing for the orderly transfer of cases, writs, processes, bonds, bail bonds, recognizances, complaints, informations, and indictments; abolishing the office of Criminal District Attorney of Deaf Smith County; creating the office of Criminal District Attorney for the 252nd Judicial District.
