Permitting a corporation, which shall include a national banking association and a state chartered bank, serving as trustee, executor, administrator, or guardian to sell without prior court approval shares of the capital stock of itself so owned or held by itself for any estate to any one or more of its stockholders, who are not at the time of said sale and purchase serving either as an officer or director of said corporation.
