Amending Chapter 411, Acts of the 58th Legislature, Regular Session, 1963 (providing for the creation of the Booker Hospital District in the western quarter of Lipsomb County) so as to establish two year terms for directors; providing the District shall provide for the medical care of the District; making certain general laws relating to hospital districts applicable; validating the proceedings relating to the creation of the district, the election of officers, and bonds; providing additional procedures for the issuance of bonds; providing a severance clause; and declaring an emergency.
