Relating to the liability of certain employers to employees injured in the course of their employment for workmen's compensations benefits and medical and related benefits; providing that the employers must secure their liability for the benefits due injured employees; providing penalties for failure to secure the benefits; establishing an Uninsured Employers Fund and providing for allocations from it to employees of uninsured employers.
