Applicable to all incorporated cities, including home rule cities having a population of five thousand (5,000) or more according to the last preceding federal census; authorizing such city to establish, acquire, lease as lessee or lessor, purchase, construct, improve, enlarge, equip, repair, operate or maintain (and or all) public improvements, including golf courses, tennis courts and similar recreational facilities; authorizing such city to issue negotiable revenue bonds to provide all or part of the funds for such public improvements and facilities.
