Replacing the existing statutory county courts with county courts at law created by a Uniform County Court at Law Act, with general provisions applicable to each court and uniform civil jurisdiction, criminal jurisidiction, family law jurisdiction, probate jurisdiction, and juvenile jurisdiction for the courts created by the Act; relating to compesation for the judges; making certain transition provisions; and repealing the laws providing for the replaced courts and certain nonexistent courts.
