SB 622, 68th R.S.
Relating to the pre-parole transfer of prisoners to community residential facilities and to certain powers and duties of the Texas Department of Corrections and its director and the Board of Pardons and Paroles and its officers; providing that if the proposed constitutional amendment submitted on November 8, 1983, is adopted the Board of Pardons and Paroles is not required to receive the governor's approval for dates established for pre-parole transfer.
