Remarks: Section 2 of this Act takes effect if the Act of the 76th Legislature, Regular Session, 1999, relating to nonsubstantive additions to and corrections in enacted codes, (SB1368) DOES NOT take effect. Section 3 of this Act takes effect only if the Act (SB1368) does take effect.
