Remarks: Section 1 of this Act takes effect immediately on passage. Section 2 of this Act takes effect and Section 1 of this Act is repealed September 1, 1999, only if the Act of the 76th Legislature, Regular Session, 1999, relating to nonsubstantive additions to and corrections in enacted codes (SB 1368) takes effect.
