Relating to creating the South Park Independent School District, known as a Common School District No. 6, in Jefferson county, Texas; to provide for the election of trustees, for the raising of revenue, issuing bonds, building and maintaining school houses, maintaining public free schools, declaring valid an issue of bonds heretofore made.
