Relating to granting the power to purchase, lease, or acquire by condemnation, for certain public purposes, to County School Trustees of common school districts, having less than 150 scholastics, Trustees of Independent School Districts having 150 or more scholastics and to Cemetery Associations, incorporated or unincorporated.
