Relating to creating the Goodnight Independent School District in Armstrong County, Texas, out of the territory now known as Goodnight School District no. 5 in said county, defining its boundaries and providing for the election of trustees therefor and authorizing the board of trustees to levy, assess and collect special taxes, conferring upon the board of trustees plenary powers, providing authority to issue bonds for the purpose of purchasing school buildings, site and erecting, furnishing and equipping school buildings within the said district.
