Relating to repealing certain statute requiring manufacturers of food and drugs doing business in the State of Texas, and all persons bringing into and offering for sale within this State any article of food or drug, to register their firm names and addresses with the Dairy and Food Commissioner and to pay a fee of one dollar for such registration.
