Relating to authorizing the Governor of the State of Texas to accept gifts of lands to the State to be held and administered as State forests, under the direction of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas, providing that the conveyances of such property shall be upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the grantors of said property and the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College, to purchase lands to be used as State forests, providing that the form of all conveyances shall be submitted to the Attorney General for approval.
