SB 223, 44th R.S.
Relating to providing that any person driving or operating an automobile or other vehicle upon any street or alley or other place within the limits of any incorporated city, town or village or upon any public road or highway in this State while intoxicated or in any degree under the influence of intoxicating liquor shall be confined in the penitentiary for not more than two years or be confined in jail for not more than ninety days or fined not more than $500.00 or be punished by both such fines and imprisonment in jail and providing that the suspended sentence law shall not apply to such offenses.
