Relating to providing that persons, firms, or corporations, who operate or conduct hotels, cafes, restaurants, dining cars, or other public eating places, bakeries, and meat markets in this State, shall not work, employ, or keep in their employ any person who is infected with or affected by any infectious or contagious disease; providing penalties for a violation of the provisions of this Act.
