Relating to levying certain tax upon every person, firm, corporation, or association of persons, doing domestic or intrastate business within the State and engaging in the business of selling, manufacturing, purchasing, cosigning, using, shipping, or distributing soda water, ginger ale, Coca-Cola, Lime Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Dr. Pepper, and/or any and all bottled preparations or fountain drinks commonly referred to as soft drinks, carbonic acid gas, carbon dioxide (CO2), or other chemical or gas which is used, intended to be used, or may be used for the carbonization of the beverages or drinks herein enumerated; providing certain penalties.
