Relating to authorizing the governing body of any city having a population of not less than one hundred and seventy-five thousand (175,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding United States Census to issue negotiable revenue bonds for the purpose of acquiring, purchasing and installing air conditioning equipment in and for the municipal auditorium and/or municipal theatre owned and operated by said city, such bonds to be secured solely by a pledge of, and payable from the net revenues derived from the operation thereof; containing a severability provision.
