Relating to providing for validating the appointment of guardians heretofore appointed upon citations or notices not directed to the sheriff or any constable of the county in which proceedings are instituted but conforming to the other requirements of Article 4114 of Title 69 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, Revision of 1925, both before and after the Amendment of 1941; providing that this Act shall not apply in certain cases.
