Relating to amending certain acts providing for the sale of oil and/or gas in the lands belonging to the Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools; creating a board for the leasing of said lands; prescribing the duties and powers of said board; prescribing the mode and manner of selling oil and/or gas leases in said lands belonging to the Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools; making an appropriation to defray the expense of enforcing said Act.
