Relating to authorizing the Commissioner's Courts of Armstrong, Potter and Randall Counties to pay the District Judge of the 47th Judicial District a reasonable sum not to exceed $6,000 per annum; authorizing the Commissioner's Court of Potter County to pay the District Judge of the 108th Judicial District a reasonable sum not to exceed $6,000 per annum; providing that such compensation shall be in addition to other compensation paid or authorized; providing for additional compensation which may be paid visiting judges.
