Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Act to allow later sale of beer by changing the hours of the day during which the sale of beer is prohibited; and to allow later consumption of alcoholic beverages by changing the hours of the day during which the consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in public places, and to apply this prohibition to private clubs.
